The Louisiana Performance Excellence Award was initiated by a group of statewide quality professionals with the vision of providing recognition for organizations operating according to quality principles, and is administered by the Louisiana Quality Foundation (LQF).


Louisiana Quality Foundation
Formed in 1995 as an non-profit to be a nurturing organization providing performance excellence opportunities to Louisiana organizations; elite among other state and national programs.

The LQF is a non-profit corporation of volunteers from various sectors of business, government, education, and manufacturing and services sectors who administer the award process. read more
